Galaxy Windows

After getting a number of quotes to replace our windows - we had Dimitri from Galaxy Windows to give us a quote. We contracted them because of very competitive price, and past reviews.
Just after a few days of signing the contract - their master installer Alex came in to take measurements. He was very thorough and extremely polite.

Window installation process went smoothly as well. They had informed us well ahead of time what we needed to do and what was expected. On the day of installation - they came on time, covered the whole work area to minimize dust. I pointed out some minor issues which they rectified very quickly. Dimitri (our sales rep) - also came on the day of installation to check and asked if there is anything that he could do.

I highly recommend Galaxy Windows and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

After a long time selection in various of window companies, we chose Galaxy for our window replacement because of the level of service and professionalism received from Alex and his team.

They had a great selection that perfectly met our needs, provided the unique and great service for all the choices thru every step of the way. Light flow into the house is greatly improved and noise reduction is also reduced, protecting the extreme weather from affecting our old house.

Especially for the installation, Alex and his team did a great job on replacing all windows in house. We totally understand that it was the time with high demand of installation task for them, every minute means business, and the contact always come through email and phone call, but in a organized way.

I highly highly recommend Galaxy for any future project, definitely recommend to friends and family, really like the front door :)

Alex and his team at Galaxy did a great job on replacing all windows in house. From initial quote to completion Alex ensured information flow was very smooth. He made very good suggestions on window selections, including an awning window for master bathroom. Light flow into the house is greatly improved and noise reduction was greatly reduced. Windows fit perfectly when replaced, team measured three times per window to ensure perfection. Although still early, cardinal glass is for sure the way to go. I highly highly recommend Galaxy for your future project. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Great experience from beginning to end. Dimitri was very knowledgeable and worked with us to find the right product for our budget. We got all new basement windows and 2 new windows upstairs.

We have been looking to replace our Patio door for a while. We did extensive research and got quotes from companies. After reading reviews on HomeStars we only wanted to go with Dimitri and Alex, and it was a very good decision. Once we signed the contract, Alex was quick in getting the measurements and though we had originally requested Mid June, we asked for an early install. They worked around their schedules to make it happen. Mike who installed the door was very skilled and did an amazing job. He cleaned up after. Dimitri came by shortly after (even though we had already paid and there was no hurry) to inspect and give us the warranty. It is an absolute pleasure to deal with Dimitri and his team and we highly recommend his services if you want to replace windows or doors. Also they use the best quality doors / windows.Our patio door looks absolutely beautiful and has given the kitchen a facelift...

Met with Alex for initial consult for front door, patio door, front living room windows installation. He was very polite, very professional. Was not a pressure type of person. We appreciated that. We signed up with Galaxy for the job.
Installers showed up first thing in the morning and were done later that afternoon. They were polite and professional. Job was done with little mess to our areas. Once job was completed, they cleaned up their work areas and made sure that we were satisfied with their work before they left. Job well done! We love our new windows & doors! We chose Galaxy for our window replacement because of the level of service and professionalism from Alex and team. They had a great selection that met our needs, advised us on all the choices thru every step of the way. Very clean and on time.

We even had an issue where a water based caulking used hadn't dried and fell thru the window ledge. I emailed a pic to Alex, who emailed me back, called, and dropped by that same day. The next day he had one of his guys replaced with an oil based caulking. Amazing!

Would 100% use them again if we moved and highly recommend to friends and family.

Our experience with Galaxy Windows was great from start to finish. We are happy with the end result and the price we paid. I've added some photos of the finished product for reference. The installers did a great job. One thing in particular that stands out is that when we removed the sheet metal that was covering our window frames (very weird, I know!) we discovered holes in the wood frame. At no extra cost to us, Alex took great care to patch up the holes very cleanly so that we can repaint the frame instead of having to replace the whole thing (added some before and after photos of this too). Very much appreciated!

So happy with our choice of Galaxy. Work was performed on time, cleaned up after, it was if they were never here. Alex was very good to deal with when he came to do measurements and again during installation. Dmitri was excellent to work with. He was very thorough explaining what we have and what we could get and what the value was. He showed up at the end of the installation to insure everything was as agreed to. Excellent customer service. We had other quotes , but no one compared t these guys.
