We chose Galaxy for our window replacement because of the level of service and professionalism from Alex and team. They had a great selection that met our needs, advised us on all the choices thru every step of the way. Very clean and on time. We even had an issue where a water based caulking used hadn't dried and fell thru the window ledge. I emailed a pic to Alex, who emailed me back, called, and dropped by that same day. The next day he had one of his guys replaced with an oil based caulking. Amazing! Would 100% use them again if we moved and highly recommend to friends and family.

He told us about some patch work on the roof that the previous owners repaired that may cause issues in the future. He sprayed a few spots, and provided the service at no cost to us. It wasn't the no cost that was the bonus, it was his professional demeanor and honesty with us. Would highly recommend this company.
