On Andrew's first sales visit, he provided us with a real education in doors, windows and how they are made. It was a show and tell lesson and very informative. We ended up going with mostly European product and so glad we did. Yes, the wait is long but the product you get in the end is so worth it. So much better quality than Canadian-made. Vitaly and his assistant who do the installation do a fabulous job. Such pride in their work. We could not be happier. Andrew was responsive to all our questions in a timely fashion and ensured that things went smoothly during the entire process. You won't be disappointed!

We were in the need for new doors and began to shop around. We contacted a few local (Beaches) Door/Window companies that were highly recommended. We also reached out to a couple of companies outside our area - one of which was EDT. We met with Andrew who helped us figure out what we were looking for. He was professional, informative and patient. It took a few weeks but we finally made our decision and went with EDT. The day finally came and our doors were installed. Vitaly and his assistant were great. They completed it in one day and we are even more happy than we expected. The doors look awesome, they stand out. I would use EDT again and recommend them to anyone looking for doors and or windows.

These guys work with domestic and European materials. Windows and doors from Europe are more complex, more expensive and the wait is long but once you try them you appreciate the difference in quality. These materials require some specific knowledge and tools and the guys know how to work with them. The communication, timing, cleanness and everything else related to this project is 10/10. On top of that these guys identified an issue with existing poles, ran to their supplier and fixed them without hesitation, even though technically this wasn't their problem. Highly recommended, really good job guys! Definitely coming back for more.

We had to replace two of our doors (front and back). After meeting with a few companies, we decided to go with Andrew and have absolutely no regrets.

Andrew met with us to discuss our options and was very professional and knowledgeable - it felt like we were talking to an expert friend, not a sales person (there was no pressure). We wanted a very specific type of door and, not only did he have it available (huge selection!), we were also able to customize everything to our liking.

Installation was great as well. Scheduling was well organized and the doors and frames were installed perfectly (from the door, to the frame to the sealant). I am actually in awe of how the new doors look...

Price-wise, the cost was on par with other companies we were quoted (middle of the pack) but the service and final product were beyond our expectations. Andrew even came back, AFTER the doors were installed and paid, to help us switch the colour of the door sweep.

I had two doors and a sidelight installed today. The doors are stunning and the built in security is impressive. They have multiple deadbolts and additional metal prongs that go into the frame. The sidelight is anti-burglary glass, 540 mm thick. I have never seen doors like this before. They are also the most energy efficient doors I have ever seen. Their installers were extremely meticulous and professional. When I close the doors, it is a tight seal. From the first appointment when Andrew came and provided us with a quote to final installation it was a great experience. Andrew had so many pictures and samples and was to the point. Each time I emailed him to follow up on the status of the order he responded in a very timely manner. I was given a week's notice with the installation date. The installers arrived right on time and cleaned up everything before they left. I love my new entry door. I highly recommend!

This is the second door that Entry Doors Toronto installed in my home, and the second door I am thrilled with. The attention to detail and making sure the trim was properly replaced and the door was installed expertly, sealed and finished with the utmost care, far exceeded my expectations. Again!

Purchased a door approx 4 years ago. Within the first year or so we had to call for someone to come out and fix the lock due to it malfunctioning. While they were here they also raised the threshold as we were feeling a significant draft. Fast forward to now, the lock has stopped working again. Alex had to put in a work order for us to get it fixed for the second time. It's a beautiful front door but just unfortunate about the quality of the lock.
