I did not contact our lawyer in the end, because the Company contacted us and asked us to return our furniture to them so that they could correct all the errors, and we negotiated a refund from the Company. The repairs were completed the second time around, and the furniture was delivered back to us in good condition.

Our company is still dedicated to providing Michael with superior service and quality workmanship.We acknowledge that there are workmanship issues and we wish to work with Michael to resolve these matters, as we are committed to providing quality in everything we do. We have made numerous attempts and offers to Michael and his wife to address the outstanding workmanship concerns, so that they may fully enjoy their furniture in the years to come. have been politely declined. Our commitment remains steadfast and we eagerly await their willingness and acceptance of our offer to address the outstanding workmanship concerns. This commitment was in motion, with attempts to schedule a service call, the moment we received notification from Michael that there were issues upon delivery of his furniture.
