They were prompt in their response, diagnosed what was required to complete the work with the issue with our shower and fixed it , no wait, no mess, no fuss. We have scheduled a return appt. for another shower that needs service.

I called Harris Plumbing at 11am and a plumber was at my house at 2:30pm. The work with the faucet was more complicated than expected and a replacement piece had to be purchased. Everything was taken care of and the problems were fixed by 3:45pm. The plumber was friendly and thorough. I am very happy with the experience!

The water heater at the Barrie Bridge Club was not heating. I was nicely advised not to change the heater but to investigate. Which they did -- the very same day. Turns out not to be a plumbing issue and the technician didn't mess around. Just said that we needed an electrician. That is very very good work. We will call Harris Plumbing again if any need arises. This is a strong recommendation.

Pipe in wall burst. Guys trouble shot the problem and found faulty valve and repaired it and the line that had burst.

I have never written a negative review about a company before, but I have never experienced the type of service that I have with Harris Plumbing. If this review prevents even one person from the headaches that I experienced with this company then it did it’s job.
I called Harris plumbing because I was fooled by the positive reviews that some people posted (and I didn’t read the negative ones which was a big mistake on my part). I needed my leaking shower spout fixed. They were scheduled to arrive on Wednesday but called 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to tell me that they were not going to be there. Instead they told me that they would come the next day. They showed up and replaced the tub spout but this didn’t solve the problem. They took the cartridge out and cleaned it but that made the leak worse. They told me that they would have to replace the cartridge but did not have one in stock and that they would contact their supplier and get back to me. They charged me $230 which I paid in full. I gave them four days before I called to find out the status of their search. They claim that their supplier did not have the part but that they were contacting another supplier and that they would call me back. Several days later I had to once again call them to inquire about the status of my repair. They could not give me an update but said they would call me back. Once again I received no call to update me about my repair. I called back several times over the course of over TWO WEEKS without a single update or courtesy call on their end before they finally told me that they would not be able to find the part but could fix the shower by replacing the valve for $680. When I asked why it took so long to let me know and why nobody could be bothered to call me back the person on the other end was incredibly rude to me and hung up on me.
I called another company that day and they showed up the next day. He installed the part (which was a UNIVERSAL cartridge readily available by all suppliers) in 30 minutes.
Please do not be fooled by the positive reviews or by the defense that I’m sure this company will reply with. Call someone else

First, thanks Harris Plumbing for getting here a day ahead of the arranged appointment. And thank you, Rick, for the installing new shutoff valves for our washing machine ( after our 1993 Inglis finally died) to replace our ancient and now leaking taps. Found Harris Plumbing through HomeStars which we've used several times and always with positive results.

Had a leaking tap in the laundry area - replaced taps in minutes - no fuss, no mess. Replaced kitchen taps and soap dispenser in the kitchen - difficult small space to work in and they did a great job.
