We had a relatively minor issue with a broken pipe in the drain for our cottage bathtub. Though the work was reasonably minor, it was in very tight corters and the cottage, which was built in 1911, had very old and tired plumbing.

The good vibes started with our conversation with the person who answered our call. She was very professional, and set up an appointment time for two days time, and, as we were told by someone else that it would happen, the plumber arrived exactly when she said he would.
Gord, the plumber, was fantastic. He was a nice guy, and when he ran up against old archaic plumbing, he figured out a way to resolve our drain issue with a little bit of ingenuity and elbow grease.
There was also a follow-up to see if we were satisfied with the work that was done. That was appreciated, and we certainly told them how happy we were with Gord, and our entire Harris Plumbing experience. Thanks everyone, especially you Gord, for looking after us so well. Blair
