The good vibes started with our conversation with the person who answered our call. She was very professional, and set up an appointment time for two days time, and, as we were told by someone else that it would happen, the plumber arrived exactly when she said he would. Gord, the plumber, was fantastic. He was a nice guy, and when he ran up against old archaic plumbing, he figured out a way to resolve our drain issue with a little bit of ingenuity and elbow grease. There was also a follow-up to see if we were satisfied with the work that was done. That was appreciated, and we certainly told them how happy we were with Gord, and our entire Harris Plumbing experience. Thanks everyone, especially you Gord, for looking after us so well. Blair

It gives me great pleasure to highly recommend Andrea Gray to anyone interested in designing their home, restaurant, or business living space by one of Toronto’s top leading Interior Designers. My wife and I accidentally chanced upon Andrea as a designer when we came to the realization that we desperately needed another set of eyes and ears in decorating our large, combined, living and dining room space in Toronto’s Moore Park. Though we both felt we had relatively good tastes when it came to interior decorating, after literally months of fruitless effort, we came to the conclusion that, in spite of our good intentions, we desperately needed a professional interior designer to help us make our decorating decisions, and to show us what is available to busy professionals like us, who only have a limited amount of time and energy to decorate their living space. We are both eternally grateful to Andrea for creating the ideal living space for our young family. Thanks to her great listening skills, her sense of humour, her unwavering patience, and her vast knowledge of what is available in the complex retail world to the consumer, my wife, daughter and I now enjoy the kind of beautiful living space one hopes for when retreating to the confines of our home after a day of work. Throughout the process, which turned out to be both enjoyable and stress free, Andrea made herself available to us, day and night, weekday and weekend, and we couldn’t believe how quickly we completely redecorated our large living space in such a tasteful and timeless manner. I can’t recall the last time someone came into our living room and didn’t compliment us on our fabulous new look. We very much appreciated Andrea’s practical advice such as considering buying Canadian, when possible, and the admirable manner in which she worked with any number of fine quality retailers in a very cordial manner on our behalf. We felt that Andrea worked for us as if she were decorating her own living space. I hope my enthusiasm for recommending this outstanding interior designer has come out on the page. I don’t believe we could have found a more professional or genuine interior designer in this big city, even had we spent weeks and weeks looking for the right person to fit our needs. We couldn’t believe the speed in which our entire space was beautifully decorated, and in the process, we now consider Andrea a lifelong friend. Should she be willing, we intend on having Andrea offer her interior design expertise this summer when we undertake, at long last, the decorating of our century old Muskoka cottage and boathouse.
