Shane was extremely professional and responsive from when we first met him. He:

- Came over to see the place, and gave helpful suggestions on how we could design it
- Gave a competitive quote. Changes were clearly discussed and agreed upon
- Developed a great design, taking into account our unique needs (size of space, utility, etc)
- Reacted immediately to a delay, bringing in extra people and working additional hours to ensure that the work was done on a timely basis
- Did a great job

At first blush Shane's quote seemed more expensive than others. However, upon closer inspection, we discovered that he'd provided transparency into several components of cost (design, handles, lighting, etc) which others had not. (For example, his design fee is set off against the cost of the completed project). Once these were taken into account, his quote was very competitive.

We were very pleased with Shane's work, and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, detail oriented, hard working contractor to do a custom project.
