Meridian Windows & Doors (Alberta) Inc. No Longer In Business

We were very satisfied with our salesman Edward & our installers Lasha & Georgi. They were all very professional and experts in their fields. Although there was some delay in delivery - the windows look great & we are extremely pleased with the final outcome. We are looking forward to a reduction in our heating bills. We already notice the reduced noise from outside with our Meridian Windows.

This was my second time getting windows with Meridian Windows. Both times I was pleased with the quality of the work and very impressed with how quickly the windows were installed. The workers did an Amazing JOB CLEANING UP after themselves, much appreciated!

They replaced all of my windows in one day and they looked amazing! From the salesman to the installers, everyone was efficient and very helpful. When everything was done the installers had removed all old windows and cleaned everything up inside and outside of the house, very impressed.
I would recommend Meridian for quality and efficiency.

Meridian windows and doors were wonderful to deal with. It takes me a while to make decisions and Edward my sales rep was very kind and knowledgable with the product and didn't push me into a quick decision. My windows came in within the 4-6 week time frame and Yuri and his partner were very quick and professional when replacing my windows and came on a Saturday!! They didn't damage any of my stucco and my windows look amazing. They make my family room and my bedroom look so modern. I love them. Thanks for a wonderful job.

We reached out to Meridian to update the windows in the house. The estimator was friendly and the quote we received from him was very reasonable. It took about 4 weeks for the windows to be installed and I only had one phone call to tell me which date is best suited to install them. The installation was quick, clean and efficient and the installers were very polite and professional. We would recommend this company to family and friends.

Meridian installed our Home Windows, 24 of them in June, 2015. The installation was not done properly and the crew members were not helpful.
They actually installed one of the Window which should have been re-order because the installer broke the Jam of the Window. After lot of arguments, they finally agreed to replaced the Jam of the window.
We had hardware issues on three windows and it took them more than three months to fix these issues.
They promised that there will be inspection done by their Quality Assurance Team to ensure that the installation was done properly, so far nothing has been done.
Still we have one outstanding Window Screen Issue and no help from Meridian either there Calgary Rep or Toronto Head Office.
These Windows are manufactured by WindowCity, and they are not any help.
In summary I would not recommend this Company.
Very disappointed with the Company's Response, instead of solving the problem they are looking for excuses to justify their actions.
Please think twice before hiring this company.

I reached out to Meridian to have a window and door replaced for a customer of mine. They were quick to get an estimator out and the price quoted was reasonable compared to other companies. Once the deposit was paid this was where the communication stopped. I was advised 4-6 weeks from deposit to installation. It took upwards of 8 weeks to get the doors installed and took numerous phone calls to make it happen. On both occasions when I called in to request an invoice, I spoke to people who had no idea what was going on or why I was calling. From the get go I advised that I was not the home owner, but just paying on their behalf. When it came time to book the appt, they continued to call me for the booking instead of the homeowner. They even went as far as asking me to arrange the appointment for them. All in all the experience was not great from my perspective due to poor communication. I also want to point out to anyone that has gotten this far, that Meridian incentivize their clients to leave a 10 star review with the promise of a cheque for $30. Take the reviews with a grain of salt as they may not tell the whole story.

The installation was quick, clean and efficient. Courteous installers did a great & professional job, I will surely recommend Meridian Windows to my friends. I called Meridian as a result of my neighbour's recommendation, good news travels far.

We used Meridian Windows & Doors previously and were quite happy with their work. A year later we decided to upgrade our front door. The installers were professional and helpful.

Would definitely recommend them again.
