Paul from The Duct Cleaning Specialists was great. Really enthusiastic, courteous and explained everything he was doing. So glad we called him in as the ducts in the house we just bought were really, really filthy, and he did an awesome job.

This was my first time using homestar to select a company to provide service to my new home. Wow - was Paul great! He is a total profession and very accomodating. We were finishing renovations on our house and Paul was to clean our ducts when the work was completed. However, like all renovations, timelines were pushed out and unfortunately we had to move our appointment with Paul three or four times. Never was this an issue. The work completed was terrific. Paul was able to clean in spots that past cleaners missed and gave us several recommendations to ensure better flow of air in our house. Paul is top notch in our books and we look forward to seeing him again in 2 - 3 years!

Paul arrived on time and completed the job in a professional and friendly manner.

Paul was on time, polite, and friendly. He explained the duct cleaning process to me thoroughly before he began. He respected our home with his careful work. Paul even cleaned out my central vac dust bin and removed a defunct humidifier for no extra charge. He came back a week later to replace our dryer duct tube, and we weren't home because we had totally forgotten about the appointment! Always the gentlemen, Paul left a polite voicemenal, and when we rescheduled, he continued to provide exceptional service.
