The emergency shut off valve that connects our dishwasher's water source was leaking. I reached out to Drain King Plumbers and they returned my call promptly and the person I spoke with was extremely personable. She explained that a plumber would be dispatched to our home and asses the problem. At that point the plumber would quote us a cost including parts and labour. We would have the option of continuing with the service call or look for another quote elsewhere if we felt it was too high - no charge for showing up, which was awesome! The next day we were advised, by phone, of the plumber's ETA and able to track him online so no guess work as to when he would arrive. Samad was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything clearly and set out the cost breakdown. He had the correct tools and parts required for the job. He wore booties and brought a small portable shop vac. for clean up. I feel confident that the work was completed at a fair cost. I wouldn't hesitate to call Drain King again for any future plumbing problems.

Our daughter managed to snap a key off in the door leading to the side of our house. Tom was able to arrive on a Saturday morning and solve our problem. He actually called to let us know he would be early! Amazing. He told us what was required and walked us through the process so that we understood our options and what was involved. Extremely professional and amicable I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to friends and family. This was our second time working with him. 5 Stars .

We tried Soft Surfaces a few years ago and then switched to a couple of Groupon companies to save money. Well, we discovered that you get what you pay for and decided to hire Fred again and get the job done properly. He is efficient, friendly and takes pride in his work. We are very pleased with the results!

We needed to replace some of the drawers in our custom kitchen. Ewen came over to assess what was required and gave us a quote. He was punctual, and extremely professional. The finished drawers are very well made and fit perfectly. He even came over on a Sunday to complete the installation. I would recommend him to friends and family and hire him again.

Our front door lock and handle was literally falling apart. I called Victory and Tom scheduled me in for an appointment the same day. He arrived on time and gave me a number of options eg. brass vs. stainless steel. Tom was an amiable guy who's work was efficient and professional. He listened to my problem and asked me to take some pictures and text them to him. Although extremely busy he, and his assistant Sam, were able to schedule me in for the following morning. They arrived on time and got straight to work - explaining step by step what needed to be done and what my options were. The job was completed in a professional, timely and courteous manner.Paul and Sam take pride in doing a job well and ensuring that a customer is satisfied. I would hire them again.

Fred arrived on time and immediately set to work. He presented me with a break down of the job, listing the cost of each area. This allowed me to decide if I wanted to wait on certain rooms. The price was right so I agreed to have the whole job completed. He explained the process and benifits of everything he was doing and gave me some tips on how to remove stains and spills in the future. The carpet and chesterfield look great, I wish I would've taken some before photos to post as the after just look like a nice clean carpet! I wouldn't hesistate to recommend this company to friends and family and plan to do so. Having a professional clean the carpet is satisfying but Fred's demeanor and sense of pride in his work made the experience outstanding.

Victorious were professional and capable, the two things we look for in a contractor. We needed to have our carpet stretched in order to remove a few buckles due to water damage. Mark walked us through the quote and gave us a quick history of carpet and carpet care. They arrived on time and exceeded our expectations. I would gladly recommend them to a friend and will contact them once we are ready to purchase new carpet.

Paul arrived on time and completed the job in a professional and friendly manner.
