I contacted Mike at M3 Design Group via email late in the evening. The following morning he called me. I was surprised that he was able to meet me the very same evening! Originally, I was only getting a quote for shutters on our new bow window, but decided to add the kitchen and dining room windows too. Mike explained that the 60-year old framing (kitchen and dining room windows) was not square and the shutters would have to be mounted differently than the bow window (this was not mentioned by another sales person who also quoted on the job). I was happy with the price and the solution he proposed for the troublesome older windows. Less than 1 week later my shutters were ready and even more surprising, Mike was able to install them on the Good Friday holiday! Our home looks fantastic and my husband and are very pleased with the end result. Much better than I had hoped for. I’d happily hire Mike of M3 Design Group again!

I contacted Keith of Land Effects Outdoor Living Spaces Ltd., on A Sunday afternoon. Unbelievably, he answered his phone and agreed to meet with me the following day! Keith met with me exactly when agreed upon. After discussing several project options, we agreed upon a project plan. The construction began 3 day after our initial meeting and was completed quickly and beyond my satisfaction! Communication was instantaneous and exceeded my expectations! It was a pleasure having Paul provide his Duct and Furnace cleaning services. He was prompt at responding to my initial inquiry and scheduling an agreeable date for the cleaning.
