I really have nothing bad to say about Done right roofing I had exceptional service. When I initially had them come over for the Estimate Darcy answered all of my questions in detail making me feel 100% confident in going with Done right roofing for my home. I must add that i had lost my initial estimate and Darcy had sent me a new one through email right away and i thought that was great. As for cleanup after the job they tidied up the yard of roofing nails and other materials from the old roof i barely even knew they had been there. Every question i emailed Amanda at the office about she would respond promptly. I The only thing I would suggest is if the crew has to leave due to weather to try and inform the client as to when they will return simply because I didn't know what hours they are scheduled to work. Thanks for everything!

I would highly recommend Done Right Roofing. From the moment that I requested an appraisal to the final product.
They were on time and very detailed with reviewing the condition of the roof and very professional.
I am a big fan of electronic information and the email coorespondance was top notch along with the phone calls to arrange.
Installation was great - even with part of my roof with skylights that was unfortunately moldy and rotted, Done Right showed me the physical issues and they were able to rebuild the roof and make it better than how the house was built and causing the same problem in a few years. Even with the unexpected cost due to rot, I was more than happy with Done Rights approach and ability to address the issue quickly and efficiently with quality work.
June was a rainy month and had no more leaky roof issues! Being a part time realtor, I will recommend Done Right everytime for my clients.

Recently Done Right Roofing did roofing for my house and I am very pleased with their prompt service with any questions I had and more importantly, very happy with their quality roof work.

We found Done Right Roofing to be very responsive at first. The salesman was very prompt in giving us a free estimate and some very good roofing advice. The product was installed one day without us being advised, which was OK, except that there were a couple of concerns: (1) the inside of the black gutters were bright white which looks very silly and we were never told that this would be what was installed and (2) the installers left some areas that were not weather-proofed. When we tried to contact the comany to voice our concerns, they would not return our calls. We left 3 messages with the office and the salesman with no results. We finally had to talk to the office manager because they were insisting that we pay them. The end result was that they said they couldn't change our install; we did pay them the full amount (they gave us no discount) but we told them we would not be able to ever use them again or recommend them.

A special thank you from Sandstone Estates for the great work done replacing the shingles on our remaning buildings (6 in total) for 2012. So nice to have it completed. Chase and his crew were very pleasant to work with. We did miss Antoine this year. Also a special thanks to Amanda for always being there to answer hundreds of questions, keeping the ball rolling to get this job done so soon. I'm sure dealing with insurance companies isn't easy. Her pleasant personality and knowledge is an asset to your company. Again, our thanks!

DRR (Darcy) responded promptly to our request for quote with a detailed estimate including options. The materials were delivered on the day promised and the crew commenced work promptly the next morning. They were professional, efficient and courteous. We liked the way they cleaned up as they worked leaving gardens and flower beds free from all material. They completed the project in under two days, the refuge bin being hauled away later on the second day. The only indication that they ever visited is a nice looking new roof. A very positive experience from start to finish. .....Well done DRR.

From the first interaction with staff from Done Right Roofing I have been impressed and reassured throughout this long ordeal of filing an insurance claim and having the roof replaced. The staff have been professional, knowledgeable and cheerful! The staff that actually redid the roof did so with an obvious sense of pride in their work and what a joy that was! I am so glad I insisted on having Done Right Roofing replace both my Mother's roof and ours. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend your company in the future.

Unfortunately, through some mix-up, our roof was started a month early. We were out of town at the time, so my knowledge is partly though the couple that we had let occupy our house at the time, as well as others in the neighborhood. I had expected a crew that Done Right was experienced with to do the job. Apparently they put a new crew on the job to start with. When they did not work out they relaced them with a second contacted crew. That did not work out either and they were apparently replaced them with an "inside" crew which finished the job. I have no idea whether it has been done correctly. There is one concrete thing that I am aware of which was not done in accordance with our agreement. The Done Right salesman indicated in the agreement that a proper number roof vents (eight) would be installed. This was not done. I have had no reasonable explanation and, in fact, suspect that no regard was had to this aspect of the job. It makes me wonder as to what else might not have been done correctly andin accordance with our agreement.

We found Done Right Roofing by searching throughout the many roofing companies listed on the internet and our first impression was the positive costumer reviews in all aspects as well as the warranty. We contacted the company and Darcy Biccum, the estimator, showed up and completed the very detailed estimate with the materials needed for the replacement. We had quite a few questions to ask before he was leaving; roof colors that stand up better during the full sun, types and differences between each style, the approximate time to complete the job and so forth. Our impression was that he knew what he was talking about and took the time to answer all of our questions plus add more information that we never thought to ask, and right there was our decision point to have the company install the new shingles. The crew showed up (awesome guys) on the day as promised and completed an excellent job on time. The last day they did the final cleaning around the house and Antoine showed up to give us the final bill; the price was exactly as initially quoted and he thanked us for using their business; a few days later we received the warranty papers over the mail. I must to say that in these days it is difficult to find contractors that really knows their business and is gratifying to receive such treatment. We are very glad to find Done Right Roofing and we definitely recommend the company.

We had Done Right replace our roof in the fall of 2011. Written estimate was very detailed on the day promised. Once on site Chase and his crew were awesome, fast, polite, courteous and no loud music entertaining the entire neighbourhood. When they left at days end our property was left spotless and tidy as it was when the job was complete as well. On a prior reroofing job with a different company I picked up nails and scraps for months afterward. Nothing left for me to clean up this time. How refreshing to have such a positive contractor experience and the roof looks great!
