New rain gutters and downspouts for our garage and one long gutter for our house
We found Done Right Roofing to be very responsive at first. The salesman was very prompt in giving us a free estimate and some very good roofing advice. The product was installed one day without us being advised, which was OK, except that there were a couple of concerns: (1) the inside of the black gutters were bright white which looks very silly and we were never told that this would be what was installed and (2) the installers left some areas that were not weather-proofed. When we tried to contact the comany to voice our concerns, they would not return our calls. We left 3 messages with the office and the salesman with no results. We finally had to talk to the office manager because they were insisting that we pay them. The end result was that they said they couldn't change our install; we did pay them the full amount (they gave us no discount) but we told them we would not be able to ever use them again or recommend them.

Thanks for taking the time to post your feedback, we truly appreciate it. First of all, we would like to once again offer our sincerest apologies for the mishaps which had occurred during your installation.
As we had discussed in January, unfortunately eaves are only available in custom colors for the outside of the trough, which is generally the most visible. The insides only come in either white or galvanized metal from the suppliers. Sadly, when you had brought this to my attention it was the very first issue we ever had about a homeowner not liking the inside color of eaves. We now know to bring this up with potential clients from the start of the sale and it won’t happen again. Had we be given the chance to fix the area that was not weather proofed, we would have absolutely done so. When it was brought to my attention, you had mentioned it was already taken care of by yourself.
Although our records show we had been in communication with yourself, it seems obvious to me that you feel it wasn’t enough. If a client feel’s there’s no communication, it’s clear that we weren’t doing our job right by keeping the client informed at all stages of the job. This is something we’re always striving to improve on, as communication is key when working in this industry. This is an error on our part and I offer my sincerest apologies for it.
