We called Sounds Good for a quote, for a Home Entertainment System for both the main floor and basement. Luke listened to our list of wants and needs, and provided a few packages, that were flexible to mix and match that fell within our budget and as well giving us the quality we wanted, as the end result. Both Luke and Rob did the install, and were very professional and "clean". OUTSTANDING job. Luke was always there for any further questions I had. It was a pleasure working with them, and I would highly recommend them for their excellent service, and knowledge!

I have used Sounds good for many projects at home and work. I have used them to install network cabling, automated blinds, board room A/V and my home theatre and have always been very happy. Recently I upgraded my home theatre receiver and it wasn't quite right so they happily replaced it with another. Now that is what I call great customer service. I am not the type to recommend companies but with Sounds Good I know I can. Rest assured you will have a good customer experience with Sounds Good.

We used Nikki and Sounds Good for a larger home project including speakers and wifi. We also used them to automated blinds. Nikki was awesome to work with from helping us find the right material to working within a budget to selecting the best product. We would highly recommend using Nikki and the team for automated blinds and all other audio, video and home automation solutions.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Rob. He was very accommodating on a number of occasions with short deadlines and helping out with delivery of equipment. Even though this was a small job for him I never felt like a low priority customer as he was quick to respond and eager to help. His prices cannot be beat, even difficult to find second hand equipment for a better price. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

This is the second time we have used the sevice's of Sounds Good and in both case's we are very pleased with their workmanship and knowlage. Also very prompt and totally clean up after they are finished.

We really wanted to like this installation, but in the end it was poor. The installer left holes in the walls, very poorly patched with glops of filler. The light automation never worked correctly. He was slow to ever return emails about troubleshooting and then told us that he no longer supports the product we installed and we would have to find someone new. We've had many contractors in our home for various reasons and this was one of the poorest experiences. We paid the bill 100% and on time. I would not recommend this company.

Your desire to meet our needs and complete the task with high standards and quality of workmanship was noticed and appreciated. In addition, you were extremely clean and tidy and there was no evidence of wires or drywall dust when you were done. The system works perfectly. Am not technically inclined and to have something so user friendly with all the programs and media coordinated is truly a testament to the caliber of work you do. And your service standards are also to be commended. When I called for some assistance you followed up immediately and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently over the phone while patiently prompting and directing me to reset the system. Rob from Sounds Good was the only person that helped me design a whole home audio and living room surround sound setup for a new build home. I called other companies who basically ignored me or simply were not interested. He worked with the builders in terms of making sure the pre-wiring and speaker wires were appropriate and properly located.

After the house was ready, Rob and Luke came by and installed all the equipment. They stayed longer than expected to make sure everything was working and troubleshooted issues. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave anything behind. They explained how to use the equipment and Rob has been excellent about answering post-install questions.

The results have been outstanding. This is my first home audio setup and I am happy. Works like a charm. Sounds amazing. TV and surround sound is just perfect. All equipment, TV boxes, etc disappear into the basement resulting a clean look of just the TV and the ceiling an in-wall speakers.

I would work with Rob and Luke again on future projects and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who values quality in setting up their home audio. True professionals.
