Super workers to have in your home. Professional, pleasant and always available to answer questions and solve problems. Rob created a door opening system for us to enable my handicapped wife to ascertain who is at the door and unlock it if desired. We would highly recommend Rob and his people to anyone that is looking for a highly competent group to do audio work.

We bought a home and renovated it and wanted to put in a multi room audio system. We met about 5 to 6 different companies and Luke from Sounds Good was by far the nicest guy and the one person who didn't tell us "you can't do that" or "this is not possible" to run wire here and there throughout the house. He just made it happen. He also answered all of my annoying questions and concerns about components and costs. We are having him back to do our basement!

I contacted Sounds Good for help on a whole house automation system in our 1000sqft pre-build townhouse which I had initially thought I would just tackle on my own. But after sitting down with Rob and having him go over all the services he could provide (pre-wiring the whole house, full installation of all in ceiling speakers, mounting TV's, programming the Elan system etc) we decided to hire him to do all the work. Very glad that we decided to do that since him and his crew were able to finish the whole system in 2 days (it would've taken me months). We had them do the prewiring of the house, put in a controlled lighting system (with fireplace control), a dedicated home theatre in our 2nd bedroom, whole house audio and control 2 TVs. They did an excellent job hiding all the wiring (putting the equipment rack in the mechanical room to make the system look seamless). They were also able to work with some of our existing equipment and suggest some cost effective solutions to keep the project within our budget. The first few weeks there were a couple of issues but they attended to them quickly (remotely when possible). I've had them come in a few more times since then to add some extra functionality to the system. We're extremely satisfied with their work and would gladly recommend Rob and his crew to anyone looking for a home automation system or home theatre.

Sounds Good recently installed an outdoor home theatre/surround system. They were very knowledgeable in making recommendations based on my layout and in making recommendations with respect to equipment. It was helpful that they were able to supply all equipment (including my new TV) which made it easier for me. The work that was done was professional, they were courteous and did a great job in cleaning up as well. I look forward to working with them again in the Spring for the final touches. We hired Sounds Good to re connect our sound system,after a major renovation... hang a 60 inch TV on the wall, hide all the wires from our entertainment system and conceal all the wires hanging-under our desk from all the electronics. We were really impressed with their knowledge, their professionalism, and the time factor of the work that was done. We would highly recommend Sounds Good!!!

When we needed someone to install a new television, Robert responded to our request for an estimate very quickly since he was working in the area. He gave us ideas for placement and suggestions for upgrading our existing surround system. He was able to come within a week to do the work and we were very pleased with his professionalism and perfectionism. He was not satisfied until everything was working as it should, wires hidden and picture quality perfect. On his advice, we decided to upgrade our sound system. We never felt pressured to purchase anything from him and he even told us where to purchase what we needed at a better price than we could get from him. He also gave us the name of a technician who checked out problems with an old but valuable stereo system. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

I was looking for an alternative for the unsightly 18 year old intercom room stations in my house. I sent several enquiries to other companies and no one had any advice but patching the walls which was not an option in a wood-panelled office. I came across Smart Homes and Robert responded quickly and suggested an iPort mount. He installed it perfectly and without any damage to the wall. The house has been instantly updated and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

I had two sets of "professionals" install home theatre, electronics, home automation, etc at my home. It was such a mess that Robert and his co-worker Luke had to take everything apart and reconnect everything. They utilized my existing equipment - while making good suggestions as to what new technology would be helpful to maximize my system (while minimizing costs). I am very uneducated pertaining to the instalation and purchase of sound systems. At least that was prior to hiring Sounds Good. Bobby the owner walked me through numerous options and the benefits and shortcomings of each application. He did so in a way that was professional and in a way that I could easily understand. In the end I decided to go with a Sonos system that I could add to my existing sound system. Both my wife and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Bobby and Sound Systems.
