Waterproofing and insulating exterior foundation wall
We moved into an older home a couple of years ago, and there was clearly some water damage to the drywall and hardwood floor along one of the basement walls. After putting it off, we finally decided the remedy the problem this spring.
We got quotes from several companies, and decided to go with MMT - they had a good price, and Mario was knowledgeable, low-pressure, and took the time to explain everything to us. Our job was a bit difficulty, because everything had to be dug by hand (in the small space between the house and the property line) but Mario's team was great. They arrived on time, put down tarps so everything in the yard stayed relatively clean, and did the work with care. And - most importantly - even after all of the rain this spring, our basement is dry!
I can't recommend Mario and MMT more highly - he's everything you want in a contractor - reliable, reasonable, and does the job that was promised for the price quoted.
