Called Mario to waterproof my mom's estate for sale. Had met with another company who spent all of five minutes with me and quoted triple the price of MMT. Mario spent at least 30 minutes explaining my different options and what the different pros and cons were of each.
The job was completed on time and budget and so far, no water in a basement that previously had a small stream running through it! MMT was a godsend!
Would highly recommend Mario and his crew.
