After the job was done I learned the advice Mario gave was incorrect because it resulted in terrible flooding in my basement. The weeping tiles were not connected to anything. The water is now coming directly into basement from where the weeping tiles are. Mario had told me there was no need for a sump pump because the sand in the Beaches area I live in would just absorb the water. This information is wrong. I am now dealing with a very serious remediation problem which is going to cost me thousands. It seems MMT needs to learn more about how to do kind of waterproofing.
