Great customer service

The team at Anta exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. Communication was great throughout and they are straight forward and honest.

We had a small difference in opinion in terms of the services provided and they were willing to hear my side of the argument and did everything they could to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Refreshing to deal with a contractor that listens to their customer's view point.

I would deal with them again and would recommend their services.

Wouldn't recommend

Wouldn't recommend their services. Communication and response time was good, but the service provided was not thorough at all. I had a constantly running water meter (1m cubed overnight) and know nothing about plumbing. The tech was in and out within 15 minutes - would have been gone in 5 if I hadn't pressed him with questions. He identified the issue as a running toilet - which I told him was not possible considering that particular toilet had been running for several years and my water bill had just recently spiked by more than 2x. I also shut the water off to that toilet while he was there (my idea, not his) and the meter kept running. I asked him to keep looking, which he didn't want to do, suggested I fix the toilet and left. I called the office and spoke to a nice gentleman who explained that once the tech identifies an issue it doesn't make sense for him to keep looking if that issue isn't fixed. I get it, but given what I had told them about the volume of water and the fact that shutting off the water to the toilet didn't solve the issue, common sense would dictate that the toilet wasn't the issue.

I had to find the issue myself, which again, knowing nothing about plumbing took a lot of time googling etc. Turns out my water softener was running like a faucet into an underground drain (pic attached). Im not sure the tech even knew I had a water softener, as he didn't care to check. Had the tech cared at all and listened to me a bit, this issue likely could have been found quickly. Poor experience and I wouldn't use them again. Paid them $180 +tax to then have to find the issue myself.
