The team at Anta exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. Communication was great throughout and they are straight forward and honest. We had a small difference in opinion in terms of the services provided and they were willing to hear my side of the argument and did everything they could to ensure I was a satisfied customer. Refreshing to deal with a contractor that listens to their customer's view point. I would deal with them again and would recommend their services.

I called Denis for a TV and soundbar mount job. Even before he arrived he was incredibly helpful in communicating with me, as I wanted to mount my cable box behind the TV. He was on time for our appointment, and was very clear and helpful in showing me what the options were and how he was going to do the work. We couldn't be happier with the job he did, and on top of that he is just a super nice guy. I would 100% recommend him. Thanks Denis!

Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Bob and his team at Derek's Tree Service. We had some trees we wanted removed (some damaged by the ice storm), and they came on time, were extremely efficient and friendly (speaking with our neighbours about the noise and assuring them that their property would not be affected) and handled cleanup of our property as well as any debris that had made it onto our neighbours properties, all at a price I was happy with. Full story below, but would (and already have) recommend their services. I Contacted Derek's Tree Service for removal of some trees on our newly purchased home. Right off the bat, I received a prompt response with a very rough estimate for the job with a promise that an estimator would follow up (some other companies on homestars didn't even respond to my inquiry or were extremely difficult to get a hold of). A few days later, I was contacted by Bob, who arranged a time to come by and give us a quote. He was on time, pleasant to deal with and gave us his honest opinion on the job we were asking him to do (we ended up taking his advice and leaving one of the trees we had originally intended on taking down). Anyways, we decided to go ahead with the service and scheduled the time for the job to get done. Bob and his crew showed up on time, and got right down to work. They finished the job much faster than I thought it would take, and took extra care throughout the whole process. Was impressed with the cleanup effort as well, as they took extra care to clean up both our property and our neighbour's properties. Would definitely give these guys a call if I need any further work done, and would recommend them to anyone looking for any sort of tree services.
