My shut-off valve for the garden hose had suddenly seized up so I wanted to make sure that it got replaced before it starts getting cold.
The ladies (sorry, I forgot your names) that I spoke with were pleasant and easy going. I was quoted a couple of prices which I found reasonable, and when the technician was a little behind schedule they called me to let me know.
Patrick (the plumbing technician) was very courteous and knowledgeable. The shut-off valve was in a pretty tight and awkward spot which would scare off most technicians, but that didn't bother him one bit. He went through a couple of options with me, fixed the problem with ease, and he triple checked to make sure that there were no leaks. That proves that Patrick is an experienced and thorough plumbing technician who does his job right and takes pride in his work.
I would recommend AnTa Plumbing Inc to anyone that wants great customer service and professional quality work done. The work also has a one year warranty.
