I called Mrroofrepair.ca a few weeks back and I just wanted to say Thank-you SO much for the very professional service. Arthur was excellent, Fast and efficient. I feel so much better. I will hope for no more rain inside my house. (It's sad when your kids think it's normal for it to be raining in the kitchen.) I highly recommend this company for roof repair 10 out of 10!

I found Juff's Roofing and Mr. RoofRepair on this site and liked the reviews so decided to give them a shot. I had a leak in one spot on my roof and knew that many companies would try to get me to replace the whole roof. Arthur came out and fixed it the day after I placed the repair call. He took pics which he emailed to me, and he also explained the problem and how he fixed it.

I few weeks later I got another leak in another area of my roof. I called MrRoofRepair again and Arthur came out once more. A couple days later, it rained and the roof still leaked. Arthur had repaired one area that I had mentioned but there was another source and so he came out and repaired it again, no questions asked and no extra charge. Believe it or not, it leaked again! You would think this is a bad review, but it's not. I actually asked Mike and Arthur to quote on a new roof, knowing the previous owner had not done a great roofing job. Arthur came back a third time, and found every possible nook and cranny and caulked everything he could see. Now, they could have charged me for subsequent visits - after all, a roof can leak in more than one location. They also could easily have told me I needed a new roof. They did neither. They fixed the problem. They didn't hassle me to charge me and they said aside from a couple of issues, my roof is just fine and doesn't need replacing. I really appreciate the level of service, professionalism and willingness to get it right. If I hadn't had the first experience where Arthur fixed it right the first time I might have been a bit wary with my other experience, but honestly.... Even though there was a bit of leaking a couple more times than I would have liked, these people took responsibility and warranteed their work. I will definitely use them again and have already referred them by word of mouth.

One evestrough on my 90 year old has has been leaking for some time and I was forced into action by the heavy rains during this past month.
After Arthur completed the repair he checked the roof and all the evestroughs to ensure there were no other problems. He also provided me with pictures so I could see that he was correct in advising me that a new roof will be necessary within a few years.

I called MrRoofRepair.ca as the back section of my eaves were overflowing. I found it odd given I had recently had the eaves cleaned. The repair specialist came out and let me know that my eaves were clean but the downspout was clogged. He then sloped them to make sure water flowed away from the house. I was very happy from start to finish with the customer service, the repair service, and even the billing! The service was so good that when it comes time to replace my roof 2 or 3 years down the road, I will definitely call MrRoofRepair.

Issue with leak in front entrance when it rains and the wind is blowing in a certain direction. Arthur inspected and found that there were nail holes in that area, he lifted the shingle there and placed rubber membrane to seal the nail holes. He also inspected the roof and sealed some other areas that needed attention. Thank you Arthur for taking the time to explain what was happening. Will definitely recommend company to friends.

Mr. Roof Repair provided prompt, courteous and professional service for our leaking roof repair in August 2009. It was a fairly minor repair to correct a leak in the roof, but we really appreciated the photos Mr. Roof Repair took of our roof and the actual repair itself. We never realized the condition of our roof until we saw the photos and we were advised that we should start thinking about a replacement roof in the next few years. We will be sure to contact them for an estimate on a new roof when the time comes. I would recommend Mr. Roof Repair to anyone! Thank you.

I had a leak on the roof which appeared to coming from around the plumbing stack. I called Mr. Roof repair to take a look. Arthur came out and he was punctual. After taking a look he stated the roof was in bad shape and should be replaced. Instead of just telling me that the roof was bad and needed replacing, pictures were taken to prove the current state of the roof. These pictures were also made available to me after the fact for my records. In the mean time some patches where done to just fix the current problem as well as other patching to the roof until the roof could be replaced properly. It has rained quite a few times since the patch work was done over 2 weeks ago and no leaks so far.
Since most people don't usually get up on thier roofs I liked the fact pictures were taken as it truly showed me how bad my roof was. If pictures had not been done or if someone had just come in and only patched around the plumbing stack I may have been under the impression my roof was in good shape and exposing my house to further damage.
I am getting Juffs to do the roof replacement so I will post a review there once it is done.

Mr Roof Repair was very responsive, came when they said they would and repaired a small leaky roof problem (all of this when we were away on vacation!). Very happy with them.

I noticed a few bubbles on the ceiling of my master bedroom and thought I better get it looked at. Replacing the whole roof would have been tight with my present budget so I was hoping it was a small fix. I called them and they came out the next day. Took pics and showed me the issues and fixed them right away. After that the took my downspouts down because I had an issue with my evetrough filling up with water. They cleaned it and put it all back. Anyone could have turned this into a $3000 roof and $600 for the evetroughs but they were very honest, friendly and great to deal with. So outcome was no more leaking roof, they also told me the approx. age of the roof since I just bought the house, the condition and that I should start putting money away to have it replaced as well as replacing some plywood.

We had some raccoons partying in our attic. It had been off and on for a while, but last week they got very aggressive and nothing I did would scare them away. They had broken a section of the soffit to get out but I didn't know how they were getting in.

I sent an email request through the website and Michael called me back promptly. I was surprised that he was able to give me all the information I needed over the phone, as well as their price. I think it is very fair that they charge a flat fee for time regardless of the work. I thought that maybe this would mean that his workers would take more time to do the job, but as I found out, this wasn't the case at all.

Arthur showed up exactly when he said he would, and got right to work. He showed me with digital pictures that my roof problem was bigger than I had anticipated, as it seems that the previous owners had a similar problem and it was never fixed correctly. He not only fixed the problem for good, but tuned up the rest of the roof and advised me on general roof maintenance.

He was honest, fast, and friendly. We were able to sleep because the raccoons are no longer able to use our attic for their all-night parties.
