Homestars is the most professional trade I have worked with! From the first phone call to get a quote, to the final inspection. They removed old shingles and installed new shingles on our house. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Everyone was so nice and professional. The crew was fast , efficient and very polite.

They did an excellent and efficient one day job replacing our old roof and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Joyce was fantastic, always polite, responsive, knowledgeable and attentive. They are also affordable, best bang for the buck by far. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone.

Joyce contacted me immediately and set up an appointment to view the job. They showed up on time and gave me the lowest quote and explained the whole process. The 2 other quotes I got did not show up on time and really seemed uninterested in doing the work. They also would not give me a firm start date. Star Moon gave me a start date and completed the job on the agreed date. I would recommend them to friends in the future. It was nice to deal with a contractor that follows up on communication during the job.

Joyce and Star Moon made my roof replacement mindlessly simple and worry free. Plenty of advice, no overselling, reasonable pricing, and quick installation. When they left you wouldn't know they'd been there. With the downpours we've been having of late, I'll always be grateful for their quick response and service.

Work was completed to our satisfaction. People arrive on time. Very punctual and hardworking people. I recommend as they fo excellent job and do not ho substandard work or cost.

Our new roof was completed in just 8 hours. It looks great and we are getting many compliments, thanks to Joyce for being there to answer many of our questions and being in contact from the beginning of planning to the day of our installation.

A month ago, after returning from vacation. We notice our shingles has fallen off. Our last replacement was over 15 years ago. I messaged few roofing contractors to provide me with the quote. Notice they all quote based on the size of my house. But Joyce and her husband came to my house to measure the width and length and not based on the house size. Not sure how but it was cheaper than others. What made us choose Star Moon over others was the communication with Joyce and her husband. They seem very honest and trustworthy. They answered all our questions. Star Moon team came early on the weekend and work efficiently. They did an excellent job and at the end they provided photo of my roof. They also made sure our property was cleaned.
Good contractor are hard to find. We already referred them to one friends and not sure if they contacted them or when our friend plan to replace their roof. We will definitely continue to refer Star Moon to other people.
