I read the reviews here, which were very favourable, and decided to give it a shot. In the past, I've had real problems getting contractors to fix more minor problems (less that $1k jobs).
The repair person from Mr. Roof Repair called to confirm the appointment and showed up as agreed. He was able to fix the problem - popped nails and poor sealing of a vent - without me coming home.
He was also able to provide an opinion and photos to demonstrate that the roof installed by a previous owner was not done well and will have to be replaced soon.
I will certainly call Mr. Roof Repair when I have to get it replaced.

My dealings with Mr. Roof Repair were pleasant and honest. I had a leak which I assumed was coming from the roof. Manny examined the interior and suggested a roof tune up, as it was unclear where the problem was coming from since my roof has a complicated layout with portions inaccessible from the attic. He also made helpful suggestions on attic ventilation. Arthur performed the roof tune up, and replaced 4 missing shingles that was most likely the cause of the problem. He took pictures of the work, and explained what was performed. He also provided an estimate on the number of years before a replacement roof is needed. I appreciate the ease of dealing with this company and would recommend them for any roof requirements.

After calling MANY other companies who would book appointments, then not show up (without any call or explanation) or just not respond to our call in the first place, I was VERY impressed with MrRoofRepair. They immediately returned our call, and were out the following day, not only taking a look at our issue, but fixing it within the hour.

After examining our roof and eavestroughs, they fully explained the problem, and their recommended solution before undertaking it. I felt very confident in their knowledge and abilities, and am very happy with the results. The experience was entirely painless, and I will definitely use MrRoofRepair again if we have any other issues with our roof, as well as recommending them to anyone else with a similar problem.

Mr.Roofrepair has exceeded my expectations! Right from the initial call where Michael provided all the details and answered my questions. They arrived when they said they would(and very quickly too!), and did an excellent job! They fixed the holes in my valley and found and repaired other problems too. All for a reasonable price. The before and after pictures are excellent.

We were really happy with the excellent service both from Michael in setting up our appointment so quickly and with your repairman. I obtained pricing from several contractors and settles on Mr Roof repair because their price was reasonable and they were knowleable about roofing, attic venting etc. The quote was for 2 hours labour. Arhtur the installer arrived on time, checked out my attic and helped me select teh best locations for the vents. He explained clearly what was involved. He did the work in the time quoted and supplied me with photos showing the various stages of work as teh job progressed. I was very happy with the work done.

I have had leaky gutters for some time and have consistently put it calls to a number of roof and Aluminum companies only to have my inquiries go ignored. I called the "other" big guys named after a large road in Toronto and they came and basically said, we have no idea how much or how long it will take and we charge an hourly fee. The I found Mr. Roof Repair. I put an email inquiry in and had a very fast email response from Michael who answered all my questions professionally, sent me a written quote and scheduled an appointment for the same day. The appointment was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and I ACTUALLY got a phone call from them saying that traffic was bad and they were running a bit late. When Art got there, he went up to the roof, looked at the problems, validated the estimate that was sent to me and repaired the problem. He cleaned up after himself and I received a report the following day with photos describing the repair.
Mr. Roof Repair "knows" customer service and how to service their clients. Don't bother wasting your time calling anyone else, just call them.
