Alan was considerate and conscientious. A true professional. He did the job quickly and efficiently, and went above and beyond to help us outside of the task we'd hired him to complete. After noticing a leak in our wall/ceiling, we had called in an unrelated plumber who wasn't able (or possibly willing) to diagnose our problem. He did, however, warn us that we may have developed a mild problem before leaving us with the leak unrepaired. We called in Alan to test for mold, and not only did he do that, he also took a closer look at our pipes than the original plumber had, correctly diagnosed our problem, and recommended a far superior plumber who managed to fix our problem entirely. Many thanks to Alan for all his assistance. He really went the extra mile. We'd absolutely recommend AllMax in the future.

This is the second time we've called MrRoofRepair, and we've been impressed both times. The repairman who came out was quite forthright with us, saying that our particular issue was likely at least partly caused by damage to our (attached) neighbour's roof. Because of this, he couldn't guarantee that a repair would actually fix our problem. This is unfortunate for us, but I really appreciate that he was honest about it, and gave us the option of going ahead or not. Once again, I was very pleased with the service we received.

We'd had a slowly worsening bad smell in our basement for a month or two. A WaterWorks technician confirmed it was sewer gas causing our bad smell, and quickly identified the potential sources of the problem and explained clearly how to deal with the issue. After following his instructions, the problem was completely (and easily) solved. He was friendly and knowledgeable, clean and professional. I'd recommend WaterWorks to a friend based on the experience.

After calling MANY other companies who would book appointments, then not show up (without any call or explanation) or just not respond to our call in the first place, I was VERY impressed with MrRoofRepair. They immediately returned our call, and were out the following day, not only taking a look at our issue, but fixing it within the hour. After examining our roof and eavestroughs, they fully explained the problem, and their recommended solution before undertaking it. I felt very confident in their knowledge and abilities, and am very happy with the results. The experience was entirely painless, and I will definitely use MrRoofRepair again if we have any other issues with our roof, as well as recommending them to anyone else with a similar problem.
