This company removed my old chimney and built a new sloped flat roof over the existing one. The workers were very dedicated, thorough and cleaned up very well. The estimate was accurate and very competitive. Although there were weather delays, Joe, the owner always kept me in the loop. I used Mr RR a few years ago for a repair and they were prompt, reasonable and the work continues to be effective.

I can give you an honest assessment of Mr. Roof Repair. I swear I am telling the truth and I will not charge you $99.00

They recommended BP Shingles. Let us quote the BP literature. BP Certified Roofers . "Provide a free no obligation quote"

This company did not live up to its promises. Both on the phone with Mike and on the roof with Peitro I was promised I would be given options. I was only given one option. A full roof replacement.

They returned my messages before I paid them but did not after I paid them.

Their terms and conditions state that if they do a repair or replace your roof you must place their sign on your lawn for 7 days. They did not do a repair or a replacement I paid for the assessment. They put the sign on the lawn anyway and did not tell me in advance.

The assessment was helpful but rather general so I will give them a 5 or so. I can get on a roof and take pictures for you.

They forgot to mention in the contract they would do flat roofing to a section of the roof.

Sorry guys but but I am getting both the attic and the roof done for a little more than half the price with a better shingle and a better warranty.

I called when I found my skylight was leaking. Turns out, it wasn't the skylight at all but a leak coming from a few feet away, which found its way into my house at the skylight. I was quoted by several other companies to replace the skylight entirely as they clearly weren't interested in a small repair job. Mr. Roof Repair was prompt and thorough and have solved my issue as the recent rain hasn't come in. I have no problem recommending these guys.

Upon finding some water damage in our home, we contacted Mr. Roof Repair. They were able to temporarily fix the problem and provide us with a competitive quote on getting a new roof. We were very pleased with the work done. Everything was thoroughly explained and documented with photos. Shane and his crew did an excellent job of cleaning up after they completed the work on schedule. One of the things that most impressed us was the level of customer service. Steve and his team were always available when we had any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

I had leaks in a few places, which other roofers could not fix. Mr. Roof Repair fixed all of them -- the first time, after a thorough diagnosis and repair. They were quick to come to my rescue as one new leak was substantial. They were also wonderful with follow-up and a complete written report which included photos. Great work!

I was ripped off by an earlier roofer and called Mr. Roof Repair desperate to fix someone else's poor quality job. Pietro was the guy who did the work for me and he was very thorough and professional. There were no additional charges and I am very satisfied with their work and the fact that they followed up to make sure everything was ok after the next rainfall.

Last fall after some heavy rains I noticed 3 separate areas of my upper floor roof leaking quite badly. I had actually called a roofing company thinking I needed an entirely new roof, but they had a look and recommended me their sister company Mr. Roof Repair. They came promptly and with photos gave me a very detailed quote. Since I had 2 leaking skylights and one air vent, they had to come on 2 visits as it was too cold one early October's day. The guys worked nearly 1/2 a day even in a thin layer of snow to fix the roof. It's been nearly 7 months since the repair and all the leaks are gone, even after the horrible winter we had. There was a bit of billing mix up with one of the girls, but we eventually did get it straightened out. The owner even called me in March to ask how my roof was doing. Great service, and efficient online booking system. Would glady use them again or recommend to friends and neighbors.

I recently had some repair work completed by Mr Roof Repair- Pietro. The work was very well done and very happy with there follow up. I was equally impressed with there customer service from Samantha booking the appointment, following up with quote in email and owner calling me to make sure i was happy with the work.
