We were having an issue with water pouring over our eaves everytime it rained despite cleaning them out regularily. We chose Mr. Roof Repair based on the great reviews and are so glad we did. Everyone we dealt with was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. In an industry racked with sloppy work, unreliable workers, and marked up prices it was refreshing to deal with Mr Roof Repair. We trusted their expertese implicitly. The detailed report with photos was great and on the day the workers came to fix the problem they remembered that I had a small baby at home and went so far so to softly knock on the door and tip toe on the roof :) We will recommend them and use them again when needed!

Simple easy fix. Guys were professional and didnt upsell me. Needed a knowledagble professional roofer and these guys dont kid around. Satisfied. Will reccommend them to my friends and family.

Pietro Sgambelluri came and assessed the roof and downpipes. He was very informative and explained what needed to be replaced. He took pictures to show us. I would highly recommend Mr. Roof for any concerns that you might have. We will be having them come back and replace the 2 down pipes which had split and repair around the chimney. Very pleasant and glad we chose them.

I noticed that the ceiling around my bathroom exhaust was wet so I called Mr Roof Repair and spoke to Samantha who was very friendly and informative and told me that it was a common problem. I had the minor repair done and an assessment (with photos) of my roof. The assessment was extremely detailed and honest. Overall, I am very happy with Mr Roof Repair and would recommend them in an instant to others.

One of the men who helped fix our roof told my husband that though he has worked for many, many roofing companies in Toronto, he has never worked for one as conscientious and honest as Mr. Roof Repair. I believe him. Customer service spent many long phone calls with me, discussing my concerns, booking appointments and reviewing what their expert roofers had seen and repaired (with pictures!!) The assessment report is very informative with pictures and photos. Mr. Roof Repair answered all our questions to our roof issues and was able to provide valuable recommendations. We felt they were honest and fair in the assessment and gave me solutions to deal with the problems. I would have no issue recommending or using Mr. Roof Repair again.

Mr Roof Repair has inspected my attic for ventilation issues, Pietro Sgambelluri and Tom McLaughlin did an excellent job to review both the attic and roof for issues and provided a professional report that details the problems and proposed solution. They were punctual and answered my questions diligently. I would like to commend the admin staff in answering my questions and keeping me updated on schedules. The company installed a ridge vent and other vents to provide more ventilation and the work was completed on schedule. Pietro and his team also fixed exhaust fan issues for a bath and kithchen and their work was outstanding. I do not hesitate to recommend this company for any roof related job.
