We added a fan into the bathroom upstairs and need a hole cut into the roof for the exhaust fan and we also needed a hole for a plumbing stack. I arranged everything with Jason who was very helpful and very understanding about my needing to reschedule a few times. When the workers came, they were very kind to my husband and worked well and as quiet as possible (baby at home). I was very impressed with the report that I got the next day about the condition of my roof and the pictures detailing their work!

I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for small roof repairs or jobs.

Had a roof leak, called Mr Roofer and left a message. Got a call back same day and Pietro showed up 2 days later to take a look at the issue. He provided a detailed report about the problem and steps to resolve the issue in a manner anybody could understand, no roofer jargon. Spoke to Jason to go ahed with the project, should be fixed in a week or so. Overall great service. They stayed in touch from start to finish keeping me in the loop with what was going to happen and what is to happen.

We had significant water start leaking in our upstairs bedroom windows. We suspected an ice dam on the roof and called Mr Roof Repair and they were able to come 2 days later (based on mutual schedule availability). They removed the ice on the front and back parts of the roof and went up in the attic. They took many pictures and explained what was going on. The men were very friendly and professional and careful not to damage our property. We received a detailed written report within the 5 business days as promised. The water stopped leaking the day they did the ice removal but the damage inside to walls, floors and ceilings was already done. Has they come and done things later it would have been much much worse. We will likely be redoing the roof this spring/summer to prevent this from happening again, and will seriously consider using this company at that time. No complaints from us at all!

They showed up and went up in the attic in the hot summer heat and got the job done :) they were clean, punctual, answered all my questions. They also checked out my roof and eavestrough to ensure all was well there. I was dubious as I had my fan fixed 2x prior - winter is finally over and there was no leaks :)) I will be using them to do my roof in a few years.

We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling and were fortunate that we contacted Mr. Roof Repair to help us. They arrived the very next day, identified the problem as an ice dam, and immediately set to work to resolve the situation. He and his partner worked non-stop for 3 hours to remove the ice dam. |Adam did a very thorough assessment in our attic and all around our roof, he prepared a fantastic report, recommendation for a permanent solution and a quote. Being seniors, we were very worried about who we called for help. Right from our first call to Mr. Roof Repair we were impressed and felt very confident. We were treated with tremendous patience and respect from everyone we dealt with, especially Jason and Adam. We would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Roof Repair to everyone we know.

Service was fast and efficient, great team at Mr Roof Repair. They identified the issues, and offered solutions. Would recommend them to anyone. I really appreciated having the inspection taken with photos so I could see the deficiencies myself.

I had icicles coming off my roof that was a result of an ice dam. The team came and was able to remove it and created a detailed and personalized report that informed me of everything i needed to know about ice dams, causes, preventions and recommendations. There was also a great deal of photos to show the details of their job and the problem. Excellent service and great knowledgeable people.

We had a problem with ice damming resulting in a leaking window. It wasn't an emergency, but Mr. Roof Repair was on site in 48 hours. Due to some physical obstacles, they weren't able to deal with the ice damming on the first visit, but immediately followed up to schedule a return visit with one of their experts (Pietro). He quickly diagnosed the issue (gaps around the window) and implemented a temporary fix. He then suggested a couple solutions with varying cost/permanence (ie window replacement/capping). We had a quote shortly after that, and half the cost of the diagnosis and temp fix has been credited to the very reasonable quote. Working on scheduling the new work now, but to date they have been responsive, friendly and highly professional.
