I started communicating with Julien regarding a leak in my roof back in November 2015. He was very helpful with providing me with the information that I needed. Pedro and Dan came and did an assessment of my attic and roof. They emailed me a few days later a full detailed report and pictures of the problem. They also provided me with two separate quotes because I did need additional work to be done (my house is 20+ years old and the previous owners did not do much). With that information I was able to decide what work I needed to get done now and what could wait until the spring. Pedro and Dan came back to do the work and was able to explain to me what work they did and also provided me with pictures. They cleaned up their mess and were very kind. I must also mention Kim she was really good with emailing me or calling me to book the appointment. The weather got December 2015 has been very damp so we had to reschedule a few times but Kim was on the ball with scheduling me as soon as possible. I would recommend Mr Roofer to anyone and I will also be calling them in the spring to get the rest of the work done. You all a re a great TEAM!!! Thank you

I left a message and they got back to me the next day, I described the property and the problem and they were able to send someone within a week (which is unusual in Toronto). Ben showed up on time on the day of and did a thorough inspection of my roof which is a 3-story victorian with sloped and flat roofs. He described the extent of the problems and 4 business days later I received a technical report via email that described all of the issues including pictures which was great for helping me to understand. I also received a detailed estimate which describes the work they feel is necessary to fix my roof broken out into several different sections specific to different problems is reasonable and realistic. Overall I am very happy with service and price and will go ahead with the repairs using Mr. Roof Repair

I have nothing but praise for Mr. Roof Repair and their partner company Juffs Roofing. They have the very best, personable people working for them and are a cut above other roofing companies when it comes to quality of workmanship and knowledge about all the components that go into making a roofing system sound. Since the company who did my roof originally is no longer in service, I have relied on this company on 3 occasions now - most recently for a repair for broken shingles. They not only fixed this probelm but made sure the rest of my roof would get thru winter with no problems until spring when the entire roof can be replaced. I also
used Mr. Roof Repair for removal of an ice jam last winter and for a small balcony reroof that no one else but them wanted to do or could fiqure out how best to do.

The assessment for this job was done in the summer and resulted in a very prompt and professional list of options and costs, nicely and clearly explained. Due to scheduling issues on our side and theirs, there was some delay in finally setting a date but once that was done they were very efficient in their work. I can already feel the difference in the house temperature!

Many roofers stopped by to examine our leak. All mentioned caulking. I refuse to believe caulking was the solution. Mr Roofer came by and replaced the shingle causing the leak. Problem solved. Very happy with the service
