I started communicating with Julien regarding a leak in my roof back in November 2015. He was very helpful with providing me with the information that I needed. Pedro and Dan came and did an assessment of my attic and roof. They emailed me a few days later a full detailed report and pictures of the problem. They also provided me with two separate quotes because I did need additional work to be done (my house is 20+ years old and the previous owners did not do much). With that information I was able to decide what work I needed to get done now and what could wait until the spring. Pedro and Dan came back to do the work and was able to explain to me what work they did and also provided me with pictures. They cleaned up their mess and were very kind. I must also mention Kim she was really good with emailing me or calling me to book the appointment. The weather got December 2015 has been very damp so we had to reschedule a few times but Kim was on the ball with scheduling me as soon as possible. I would recommend Mr Roofer to anyone and I will also be calling them in the spring to get the rest of the work done. You all a re a great TEAM!!! Thank you
