After the leak in my sky light became apparent, they came soon after my request for service. The two technicians no only put in a temporary patch as it was not repairable but they performed an inspection of my entire roof.

A few days later I received a report which included photos of my roof.

I am most likely going to hire them to replace the sky light.

I figured I should get an unbiased roof assessment to understand whether or not I needed a roof repair or a full replacement. I also wanted to know what issues I should ensure get addressed. The person doing the assessment did not arrive at the agreed upon time and completed the assessment when I was not there (my wife was). They spent 10 minutes assessing the roof. When I asked question on a couple of the issues I thought I might have, the response was that it was only a visual inspection and those items were not covered in the assessment. In the end I wound up going up on the roof and checking them myself. The report was ok but not what I was looking for

We have used several roof repair companies in the past. We tried out Mr Roof Repair on a leaky roof at one of our rentals. They were extremely professional, the staff met us on site, took pictures, explained and proved the issues, repaired the issues, then provided us with a complete assessement report of the roof a few days later.

They are professional and priced fairly. We have not only added Mr Roof Repair to our contractor list for all our rentals, we have already referred them to family and friends.

I had a few concerns about my roof so I had this company assess the condition of it. I had the assessment and repair quote reviewed by my cousin, a lifelong roofer. He agreed that the work suggested was valid, and the scope of work was adequate. He did feel that the repair quote was higher than most, but not significantly.

I spoke with Julian on the phone and I received a very detailed report in writing about what needed to be done and what was still in good shape, along with pictures. I'm grateful to have found them and would highly recommend them! I am now in a position to make a proper decision on what needs to be done. Well worth it!

We noticed a leak in the ceiling during the last large rainstorm, called several big roof repair companies but only Mr.Roof Repair responded the same day, they came out the next day, made a temporary repair, and provided several permanent repair options. I would definitely recommend them.

Roof starting leaking heavily , the water was coming in hard . Within two days , I had Dan and Pietro come over from Mr. Roof repairs to have a look. Great customer service , very efficient work . I was pleased.

I had an addition at the back of the house. During the last rain storm in July, rain was pouring down in between where the original house ended and the addition began. I called Mr. Roof Repair. The customer rep I spoke with was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided all the information I needed and a quote for the job. This was followed up with a written document of the service. Two roof specialists arrived on time and after examining the issue quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved this. Included with the service call, was an inspection of the rest of the roof structure and a report on the condition of the roof. About a week and a half later I received a full report of what caused the problem, what was done to resolve the issue and a report on the condition of my current roof. Excellent service and good workmanship.

They came & completed a full assessment of the attic & roof at the scheduled time & sent me the report within a few days. Quick, efficient & easy to work with.
