Excellent service. Responded to my online quote within an hour and came by the house the next day for the repair.
They were on time and quick. Repaired a few shingles and I received a full report from them via email the following week.

I contacted Mr Roof Repair to fix the sofits in the roof. They came and did a in-depth review of my roof and came back with a couple of pictures of my Skylight. Turns out its close to 30 years old and well as most things 30 years old that have been exposed to the elements it needs to be replaced.

I changed the skylight, these guys have been very professional and courteous every time I Talk to them and most important of all have taken all the efforts to make sure the skylight replacement is done well and will still keep snow, rain and cold away while letting nice sunlight in..

We live in a town home complex by Don Mills (you know the one I am talking about!) and have a roofing company doing the rounds offering an incredibly low price. The workers are nice, though the workmanship not as much. Most importantly, we did not know whether we really needed a roof replacement.

We consulted our neighbours and found them in the same boat. We spoke to three roofing companies, and were none the wiser.

We searched online for an independent roof inspector and picked MrRoofRepair - the HomeStars ratings helped.

From the word go, we were impressed with their customer service. Julian helped schedule the review and promptly answered our questions.

Melissa and Ben arrived promptly and did a super job in assessing the roof. They provided candid feedback and fixed small issues as they went along. There was no attempt to dis the work of the roofing company doing the rounds in my neighborhood...rather suggestions on how they could have delivered better results.

The report arrived 3-5 days later with advice on what we could do now and how to make the roof last an additional year or two. There was also an option to recover the inspection fee from any future work.

All in all a great experience.

We needed to replace a few shingles and remove antennae. The service, follow up, process was clear and efficient. This was a simple project and their fee structure was appropriate.
The crew was in time, polite and thorough. We are using them again on another property !

As a senior who has no option but to rely on the professionalism of the trades, this company is the most professional I have encountered in the roofing business in 30 years. From the office staff, to the roofing assessment person, Adam, to the quality of work, they were outstanding. It is no wonder they have been in the business for 30 years plus.

If I were to describe the services by Mr.RoofRepair.ca in one word, “Excellent” is the only word. They understood the urgency of the situation (being able to despatch the team at their earliest), arrived on time as scheduled (punctual), courteous customer service with good listening skills meaning able to respect the client and patiently listening to the client’s concern or complaint, meaning not showing any facial hesitations or as being in a hurry. Most of all is being able to trust them with their work and my credit card. These qualities were evident in Pietro sgambelluri and Dan the team members who arrived at my home for the inspection. By their professionalism and their courteous customer services I was able to come to conclude about Mr.RoofRepairs that it values their customers and that they are reliable. In my past I haven’t yet seen an individual contractor or a company that attempts to build a trusting and reliable relationship. It is hard these days to find such qualities as most are “greed” and “for the moment” and not interested about long term relationship or customer service. As a home owner I had an issue and needed an urgent roof inspection done. I had some bad awful experience in finding one. One company promised to do and after three days let me down and another backed up when I said I needed a report, they said only estimate can be provided even though they had a nice website like Mr.RoofRepair. It was after that I typed on Google for “independent roofing inspection” and I found this company. Their customer services began from the very first phone conversation that I had with person/receptionist who answered the phone politely and explained the about the “unbiased independent report” and about the charges. Although I was hesitant and it was my first time giving my credit card to a company just found on Google, I had no choice. I was explained the charges for the inspection and then about the additional charges for the repairs that may occur at site. I already assumed that my cost was going to be on the high end because it is normal for a person going up to find some error and bring additional cost to a customer. The two named Pietro Sgambelluri and Dan his partner who explained the process again conducted the inspection and told me that there was nothing wrong and everything seemed positive. I was very surprised and amazed that they were dutiful and reliable. Even though the company had my credit card they did not come up with unnecessary addition cost and this really increased my respect for the company through their employees Pietro and Dan who displayed honesty in their work. I believed and assumed since they went up they will find some way to add cost because this is a pattern we usually see and my neighbour agreed. Because home owner doesn’t have much control over what is seen or done on their roof and we completely trust the person going up to the roof. But Pietro and Dan are two God sent angels who did their job dutifully. I also had an issue with previous work that was done by another contractor on my flashing and I was a bit over anxious that the leak might occur again. Pietro and Dan took the time and went out of their way to force some water using the horse to my flashing to ensure that there was no foreseeable water leak to be feared of. Who would do this? I am really amazed with their excellent customer service that they displayed. This is how we all should be and their action only validated there are good people, obviously trustable and reputable companies like Mr.RoofRepair.ca that is made up of workers like Pietro and Dan. I want to say big thank you for doing this inspection on behalf of Mr.RoofRepair. I trust and hope that the company will never change what they practice. I also like to mention that even though I am from middle or even from lower income bracket, that the fee for inspection was very reasonable for the risk they take to go up to the roof and it is worth to do an inspection after every big storm. In 2015 November there was a storm and when I was coming from church I saw my neighbours fixing the roof and I asked them whether they can have the same workers sent over to my roof. I was told that there was two shingles missing and replaced and charged $150.00 for which I have no assurance whether they did the work or neither any status on my roof. Doing an inspection twice or at least once a year is worth it through Mr. Roof Repairs because they fix things at site at reasonable cost and provide complete report on the status of the roof which will give some peace to a home owner. I never realized this as home owner. I am just learning about owning a home and dealing with issues and I am glad I found Mr.RoofRepair. I will not hesitate to recommend or refer their company to anyone. I already did to my neighbour. Excellent customer services and reliable work goes a long way and I trust that Mr.RoofRepair will maintain that through all their team players. I am writing this review so that other owners can reasonably rely on their services. Not necessary everyone’s situation would be the same, for me it was positive, and reasonably in other situation a need for repair may exist. But hope that my review will help those customers who fear about committing with Mrroofrepair. In the past I always asked another person to refer and I had bad experience. So it is okay to open ourselves to new companies.

Everyone I met with and talked to at Mr. Roof Repair was courteous and professional. The team that inspected my roof was punctual and explained everything to me clearly. I would highly recommend them!

Have used Mr. Roof Repair for a roof inspection on two different homes and have been very satisfied both times. Their report gives a homeowner invaluable insight into the condition of their roof and other roof systems such as eavestroughs, vents etc. Even if you don't use them for an eventual repair, you are much more informed and prepared when or if you need to get quotes on larger jobs from multiple companies. The reports are thorough, full of photos and the staff were more than willing to answer any questions I had about the report.
