There were some pieces of the shingles missing from our roof, the technician came and got that fixed for us on a snowy day. We scheduled an additional repair for some other problems on the roof, and the service we got is very professional. I like the way that Mr. Roof produce reports regarding the issue we had, and explained what has been done. We are satisfied with the service we got.

My wife and I recently bought a house in Pickering. There were a few issues with the roof: the skylight needed to be replaced, soffits repaired from animal damage, and minor fixes to downspouts. Mr. Roof Repair completed those repairs professionally, for the quoted price, and in a timely fashion (there was one small delay which was caused by the weather). I would use Mr. Roof Repair again for future roofing work on my house.

He followed up quickly with an appointment that worked for both of us, arrived on time, and followed through with a complete inspection of all areas of the roof. Unlike the first roof inspection I had that just provided me with an invoice, Mr. Roof inspected the entire Roof and rated the condition of the roof against their criteria. They identified the area I had report on and took pictures and made recommendations to the solution they will be implementing with a thorough report with photos and a quote. Mr. Roof Repair is extremely professional. We had a problem with a leak in our kitchen cooktop vent which they fixed. In the assessment of our roof, there were some deficiencies with regard to proper vents for bathrooms, vents, insulation, etc. Repair person (Ben) showed up on time as scheduled. Very happy with the service provided and will not hesitate to recommend in the future.

The greatest frustration with this company is that he repair was not done properly the first time which caused way more damage to the interior of our home. You would think that this sort of error would put you on a priority to list to make it right. Not so. Call after call, we tried to explain that things were way worse after the initial repair, but it took the company 3 months to finally come back. All fixed now, but we still have splatters of roofing material all over our windows upstairs.

I will say that the people we dealt with were professional and generally nice folks, so I do feel a bit bad writing a bad review, but I would suggest, especially with a flat roof, that you shop around for expertise.

In my case it is a combination of gabled roof structures and a flat roof area with a skylight, air vent, and plumbing stack vent. They inspected all of it and produced a thorough report with photos and a quote for fixing areas that are currently problematic, or likely to cause problems in the future.

Very professional and efficient service with knowledgable staff. It was a relief to find a company that arrives on schedule and knows what they are doing. I am proceeding with the job as I am confident it will be done properly.

Mr Roof Repair folks responded to my call for a leaking old roof in time. They scheduled a date to visit and evaluate the work that needed to be done in a timely and professional manner. They precisely documented and photographed every corner of the roof that needed repair and gave us a quote. The work was more than what we were hoping for...as it usually is with an old roof. Once we decided to move forward, they were helpful in scheduling the earliest date possible and on the scheduled date, they arrived on time and took care of everything and documented the work professionally. The roof is great now and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Company charged $200 for an estimate, sent it, and when phoned, never returned the call.
After waiting almost 2 weeks, had to phone another roofer.
Easy way to make $200.
