I had used Mr. Roof Repair before so was confident in choosing them again. As before they provided a detailed description of the repair so I could make an informed decision. The work was carried out efficiently by an experienced team. I also appreciated their excellent customer service. Would recommend their service!

Had an issue with water getting into the wall due to incorrect installation of wall siding. Mr. Roof came in, did an assessment and give me the quote. The work was completed with no delay, with high quality. I had no complains at all. Still works! no leak anymore.

I have a flat roof with a deck over the garage that needed repairing due to a leak and general wear and tear. I had three different companies come to provide quotes, and Mr. Roof Repair was the only one who said they needed to see the actual roof (hidden by the deck) before they could provide a proper quote. The other companies provided quotes without actually seeing the roof, which to me was a red flag.

I had the deck removed, and Mr. Roof Repair came back, did an inspection, and came back with a very thorough assessment report, with photos and details explaining their findings. That alone impressed me! Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but still reasonable.

They did the work over the course of a day, and the gentlemen doing the work were pleasant and professional. They didn't leave any mess behind.

It's been 7 months, and there haven't been any leaks or issues to date. I was also given a 5-year warranty on the work.

My sloped roof will need some work over the next year or so, and you can bet I'll be calling Mr. Roof Repair to come do the work. Truly a great job all around!

I would highly recommend Mr. Roof repair for any roofing needs. I found a leak on the weekend, starting calling numbers and Mr. Roof was the first to call me on Monday morning. Someone was at my house the next day to inspect and in the following week to complete the repair. A couple of days after the repair I found the area inside the house was still leaking (Found out it was due to condensation), we called and someone was sent out the next morning to replace the insulation in the house. No questions asked, no additional money required.
Quality of service was exceptional. Ben was our technician and he talked me through every step of the repair so I would understand. Made me feel comfortable about the repair. All in all was an great experience for an unfortunate event.

We have used Mr Roof Repair a few times over the past 5 years or so, for problems ranging from leaks, raccoon damage, and wind damage. Each time we have used them they have been very professional in both scheduling a time to fix the problem and doing the work. Especially with the deluge of rain we got at times in 2017, we had leaks into both of our upstairs bathrooms, even though our roof is relatively new and in good shape. Each time Mr Roof Repair was able to uncover the problem (usually issues around vent stack or exhaust), and fix the issue immediately. They may be a bit pricier than others, but you are very confident that they know exactly what they are doing, how to fix things, and very fair that they are only fixing what is required. We have only used them for emergency situations, and in every case they have come through and done a great job, while providing a great customer experience to us. I would highly recommend them.

The excellent service started from the quick response to my message left at the office of Mr. Roof Repair. The crew were punctual for the appointment to assess the issue and they provided a thorough verbal explanation of the damage as well as photos to document specific areas. They were courteous and professional and they will be the first ones I call when it is time to replace the whole roof.

Called Mr. Roof Repair when I noticed water dripping from my potlight. They were very helpful and courteous to deal with. They sent one of their technicians out as soon as possible. He was very informative about the whole process of what he was going to do and went into detail to explain the issues. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to friends and neighbours.

I had eavestroughs (rain gutters) that were leaking and causing extremely hazardous conditions in the winter. Company was very response to my request, showed up when they said they would. Very nice guys. Including the repairs the Company did an inspection of the entire gutter system as well as roof. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

My experience was totally a happy one.
Mr. Roofer did everything they promised and I was very satisfied.
They even gave us a comprehensive report on the condition of the roof and eaves.
