I have a flat roof with a deck over the garage that needed repairing due to a leak and general wear and tear. I had three different companies come to provide quotes, and Mr. Roof Repair was the only one who said they needed to see the actual roof (hidden by the deck) before they could provide a proper quote. The other companies provided quotes without actually seeing the roof, which to me was a red flag. I had the deck removed, and Mr. Roof Repair came back, did an inspection, and came back with a very thorough assessment report, with photos and details explaining their findings. That alone impressed me! Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but still reasonable. They did the work over the course of a day, and the gentlemen doing the work were pleasant and professional. They didn't leave any mess behind. It's been 7 months, and there haven't been any leaks or issues to date. I was also given a 5-year warranty on the work. My sloped roof will need some work over the next year or so, and you can bet I'll be calling Mr. Roof Repair to come do the work. Truly a great job all around!

We used Victory Locks about 4 years ago at our previous home and had a great and memorable experience with Tom, so when we bought our new home in September, we called him immediately. He was able to come by when we needed him, and as usual, was a pleasure to deal with. He changed the locks on 4 doors, put in a security feature on our patio door and added in a garage door lock for no charge. Plus he threw in a bunch of spare key, which are always useful to have! Tom's incredible customer service, reasonable prices and great workmanship is the reason I'd refer him in a heartbeat.

We hired Java to fix a broken exposed conduit, amd we liked Pierre so much, we asked him to install two exterior lights: one floodlight at our back door, and one light for our back deck. Pierre's energy and demeanor made him instantly likeable. He worked the entire day to install the lights (the conduit repair was done on a separate occasion, while we were out), working in less than pleasant conditions in the cold and rain/snow (he never once complained!). He was careful not to drip water on our newly stained hardwood floors, covered all his work surfaces and cleaned up any sign that he had been there (he even vacuumed the miniscule wood scraps on the deck!) Pierre did a fantastic job installing our lights and we're very happy with the results. But what really made this job stand out was Pierre's wonderfully pleasant attitude and diligence to do nothing short of excellent work.

What a pleasure it was having Tom at Victory Locks come by and repin our locks for us. We called him last-minute and he made himself available to us that very same day. Not only was Tom incredibly diligent, he was cheerful, friendly and very helpful. His attention and efficiency made an impression, even with such a brief visit. Along with repinning three locks, he made a small repair to another lock at no extra charge. I've got Tom on speed-dial for when I need him again. He's got us as repeat customers for life!

Finer Edge did a great job on painting our just purchased home. They were efficient, extremely detailed, very polite, hard-working and reliable. They even worked with another vendor of ours to coordinate scheduling so we could get our floors stained at the same time as the painting. The only small criticism I have is that on a couple of the walls - when the sunlight hits them - the paint isn't even. But I only noticed it a couple of weeks after, so it's really not that noticable. I would definitely recommend Finer Edge for any future paint jobs on our home!
