Mr. Roof has"Raise the Roof" for me in Customer Centricity
I saw the Mr. Roof van on the 407 and call them immediately Julian was very professional and attentive right from the first phone call. He followed up quickly with an appointment that worked for both of us, arrived on time, and followed through with a complete inspection of all areas of the roof. Unlike the first roof inspection I had that just provided me with an invoice, Mr. Roof inspected the entire Roof and rated the condition of the roof against their criteria. They identified the area I had report on and took pictures and made recommendations to the solution they will be implementing with a thorough report with photos and a quote. I would highly recommend this team to anyone! Mr. Roof for me you have indeed “Raise The Roof” with your customer centric qualities! I am looking forward to the quality workmanship once the snow is off the Roof!
