Our dishwasher randomly stopped working and my highly non-technical husband and non-technical self couldn't figure out why. Matt came over and took a look and found the culprit: a wayward fork. Thanks to him, we now have a fully functional dishwasher again! Matt was extremely personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to give me a few pointers about how to make our dishwasher more efficient and all-around awesome.
I would totally use this company again.
