Good work but poor follow up. This company replaced our roof and eaves this summer. The quote went well, the price was reasonable, and so far I have no concerns about the quality of the work. My big complaint is that they failed to follow through on an agreement we had for them to return and add a bathroom fan vent. I had discussed our intention to install a bathroom fan when I first received the quote and was told that if the fan were installed before the roof replacement, they would do they work of venting it. When they called one Friday to let me know that they would like to do the roof the following Monday, I asked if they could wait until after Wednesday (the day I was having the fan installed). They did not want to wait but offered that instead, they could have somebody return that same week to add the vent after the fan installation. I have followed up weekly since then, but still have not had any luck getting them back to do the vent. It has been six weeks since the roof installation, and my last call was not returned. I understand the company is busy, but after paying them thousands of dollars, I expected timely follow through on our agreement. Disappointed.
