This company replaced our roof and eaves this summer. The quote went well, the price was reasonable, and so far we have no concerns about the quality of the work. The only issue was that even with consistent follow-up, it took quite a while to get them to come back to complete a final detail we had agreed on (installation of a bathroom vent). However, the company did keep their word and we are satisfied with the work.

Rachel, Please accept our apologies, you are correct we did agree to hook up your exhaust fan as a courtesy free of charge and unfortunately we could not change our install date in order to wait till you had your fan hooked up. I am so sorry that it has taken us so long to get back and install the exhaust fan for you and as such you are dissappointed.
