I spent 5 years doing a complete renovation and had many contractors. Each being either unreliable, unskilled, overpriced or slow. Hence the 5 years.
Mike was the first I had that I could actually trust. His contract was his honourable handshake. He kept every word he promised. Started and finished when he said, and kept the same prices. His price was the most fair. He was the best experienced. I would recommend him in a flash ten times over. I hope contractors learn, that the best advertising is honesty and reliability.
The world needs many of him!

We had a contractor walk off of our job fora bigger job, and I was stuck - called Mike at Parkdale Plastering and he quickly came over and gave me a great quote, followed with some great work. Very quick, professional, friendly and easy to deal with. In a stressful situation it was so great to find someone who really focused on excellent service and quality. Thank you Mike and team!

Mike came by to give a quote on our small job and was able to start and finish by the next day. We were pleased with the job and how fast it was done!

As a result of an accident by a plumber's apprentice, our 95-year old vintage plaster ceiling (with decorative and mouldings) was destroyed. We interviewed a number of tradepeople and settled on Mike as he clearly has a lifetime of experience, was very responsive to our questions and concerns, and was priced reasonably.

After giving Mike the go-ahead, he and his quickly crew took down the old ceiling and disposed of it, replaced the lathe, and put in the new plaster ceiling. Mike provided guidance on where to go for new decorative mouldings, picked up the mouldings when they were ready and installed them along with the final plaster coat on the ceiling.

We are very pleased with the job, and while while we miss the vintage ceiling we had, the new ceiling is (again) a beautiful feature to our house.

I am not only very happy with the stucco work that this company did for my house, but I am very satisfy with the performance, timing, quality,etc Their work was exception. The boss of the company was very hard working man, he was working for 3 people and he had a team of five workers, one better then the other. Their work day started 7 am and finished 5pm or later, and never had a lunch break more then 15 min. Last summer I had the very bad experience on home renovation work with few companies but with this one we never had a complain. I can recommend them in high bit, working people like these are like jewels. I wish that the new renovator generation will learn from old school working manners. Mimosa
