Had my roof done in 2014, the promised date was in mid September, but after numerous phone calls and many excuses, the contractor finally installed the product in early December, in -20's and a lot of snow on the ground. I had concerns of safety of contractor and how you can do a good job in this kind of weather. Manager told me not to worry, all his team are professionals and it's common to install roof in this kind of weather.
Well we had a tough winter, and in spring, because of the lack of snow stops installed, their was damage to my roof. I called upon this and after sending pictures, I wasn't called back. Suddenly unexpected, someone came over and fixed some of the damage and told me I don't have enough snow stops and for a fee would install the rest.
Now in August 2014, we just had a vast amount of rain, and water made its way in my garage. I have a attached garage and the proper flashing was either improperly installed or the caulking did not withstand the cold temperatures when it was applied. This company is only interested in taking money, and costumer satisfaction is only a written statement that is falsely written down. Stay away from them!
