I had a few complaints, about roof not delivered on time, installation in cold weather, and problems that occured afterwards. But the company did commit to repair flaws. So thanks for your commitments.

This is the first we have heard about the water issue. As you are aware we were out to install additional snow guards as you requested, if we were aware of the issue we would have gladly addressed it at the time.
