Rinnai Tankless hot water heater
I had a hot water tank that I paid rent to Direct Energy for 30 yrs., It ruptured. Direct Energy said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could replace my tank. I then hired another company to put in a Rinnai tankless. They have since gone out of business and sold their business to Atlas. My tankless stopped working after 2 yrs and Atlas would not fix it. I luckly found Richard with CoreTemp who came the same day I called. He showed me the problem and why - incorrect installation by someone who did not know how to install. Richard put in a replacement while he took my Rinnai and fixed it. Rick then brought back my tank within a week and installed it to the building code. It works very well. I think Rinnai should know that this is installer is knowledgeable, professional and reliable. I trust CoreTemp and have recommended them to a few people.
