I recently had to ask Rick for help with my Ranai hot water tank. He was prompt in his response, came over the next day and helped sort out the problem. I have also used Rick for my furnance and air conditioner service. Rick is very knowledgeable, polite, prompt and effeicient. I fell like my appliances are cared for properly and am confident in their operations. Thanks to Rick and his staff.

I had a hot water tank that I paid rent to Direct Energy for 30 yrs. It ruptured. One of the reasons I paid rent for all these years was because they initially said they would repair or replace right away any of their rental pieces of equipment. With the ruptur of my hot water tank,Direct Energy said it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they could could look at, repair or replace my tank. and it was just too bad that I would have NO hot water for this length of time. Direct energy are a terrible company who are too large and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I then had another company put in a Rinnai tankless. I would NEVER recommend any business dealing with direct energy.

I then hired another company to put in a Rinnai tankless. They have since gone out of business and sold their business to Atlas. My tankless stopped working after 2 yrs and Atlas would not fix it. I luckly found Richard with CoreTemp who came the same day I called. He showed me the problem and why - incorrect installation by someone who did not know how to install. Richard put in a replacement while he took my Rinnai and fixed it. Rick then brought back my tank within a week and installed it to the building code. It works very well. I think Rinnai should know that this is installer is knowledgeable, professional and reliable. I trust CoreTemp and have recommended them to a few people.
