Coretemp Heating and Air

For the past several months our furnace had been behaving erratically (shutting off for long stretches, never meeting the set temperature, etc...). We had called other top-rated companies who told us this was normal for a furnace to be "off" the target temp by 2-4 degrees. We spoke to others who had trouble answering our questions over the phone, or weren't available after 5pm. Finally we found Richard at Coretemp who was friendly, knowledgable, clearly answered our questions and picked up the phone at 8pm. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly and he fixed the problem right away (dirty sensor) at a great price. He also took the time to educate me on some HVAC 101, which was much appreciated.
