We did our research before landing with A&A. Our house is 80yrs old and needed some repairs to cracked, chipped, mismatched and missing mortar. Bill from A&A provided us with a fair and detailed estimate (others tried to undercut or over-sell work that needed to be done) and took the time to answer questions (some provided vague written quotes and didn't return our calls for 4-5 days). For the past several months our furnace had been behaving erratically (shutting off for long stretches, never meeting the set temperature, etc...). We had called other top-rated companies who told us this was normal for a furnace to be "off" the target temp by 2-4 degrees. We spoke to others who had trouble answering our questions over the phone, or weren't available after 5pm.
