This is our 4th floor we have had installed by Robert (and Derek). We have used Robert for over10 years now, and have never been disappointed. We would wait for them to do the job even if their availability may not be as soon as other installers. They started the job exactly on the date scheduled, and finished exactly on time. Their workmanship is pristine and precise. I know this because once I made the mistake of asking for another installation company to install our second floor hardwood, and the results were disappointing and nothing compared to that of Robert and Derek's. Thanks again for a job well-done!
