Valentin is a star. He is one of those rare contractors who are experts and take great pride in making sure you're being serviced well. I called him when I heard my sump pump making noises. He came within about an hour (awesome response time!) and replaced my sump pump which apparently was a cheap Home-Depot model, which broke after 3 years, with a US-made Liberty pump, which should be good much longer. He had the pump with him and did not need to "go back for parts." The new pump also keeps a much lower water level in the pit which is good for the under-house piping. He then took great care to instruct me how to take advantage of a city program subsidy, and he made sure I had all the documentation and knew how to apply to get 80% of the cost reimbursed! Thank You Valentin!

Valentin got my note late last night and showed up at 11am this morning, diagnosed the issue and explained it to me in simple terms, and explained to how to approach the city about the issue since it’s on their side of the property line. We will likely do work on our side as well and will look to call Strong Plumbing.
I will also say that I called Valentin about a separate issue a couple months ago and he gave me free advice of how to fix the issue as he felt I could fix it myself. Very impressed.

Valentin is the best plumber! He is friendly, honest, conscientious, well priced and tidy. I have used his services several times over the years and he is always quick to respond, flexible with appointment times and is knowledgeable. He is a skilled tradesman who can easily advise or diagnose a problem. I would only ever hire Valentin.

Valentine was helpful in recommending toilet options in various price points. He was quick to respond to messages and fast to install. This is my second time working with Valentine and it won't be my last.

Found half my basement under water all of a sudden. Called Valentin to help me track down the source of the flooding and repair it. He showed up the in a few hours as we arranged and tracked down the problem to a leaky valve forgotten for years behind a drywall. Minimal damage to the drywall to access and seal the valve. Also helped me with advice on how to submit issue to insurance company for damages, etc.
Overall, I really appreciated Valentin's quick response and impeccable professional work. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.

I had a pipe that rusted out under my sink and caused water to leak out. I reached out to Valentin at Strong Pluming Inc and he was very quick to respond. After looking at some photos he gave me a quote and was able to come quickly to replace the pipes.

He is very quick at communicating with clients and provided excellent service. Due to COVID, he wore a mask and booties the entire time which was appreciated.

He told me exactly what was needed from the pictures I sent him and was able to come fairly quickly to perform the replacement. Very professional service.
