Found half my basement under water all of a sudden. Called Valentin to help me track down the source of the flooding and repair it. He showed up the in a few hours as we arranged and tracked down the problem to a leaky valve forgotten for years behind a drywall. Minimal damage to the drywall to access and seal the valve. Also helped me with advice on how to submit issue to insurance company for damages, etc. Overall, I really appreciated Valentin's quick response and impeccable professional work. Would highly recommend his services to anyone.
